拉坦前列素与酒石酸溴莫尼定治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的分析拉坦前列素与酒石酸溴莫尼定治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效,为临床治疗开角型青光眼提供参考依据。方法随机选取2015年1月~2016年1月100例开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。观察组采用拉坦前列素治疗,对照组给予酒石酸溴莫尼定治疗。观察两组患者的治疗前后眼压变化、LogMAR视力变化以及药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗3月后,观察组与对照组的眼压分别为(18.2±1.2)mm Hg和(17.5±0.9)mm Hg,与治疗前比较下降(P<0.05),观察组眼压波动显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后Log MAR视力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后Log MAR视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.0%低于对照组的8.0%(P<0.05)。结论拉坦前列素在开角型青光眼的临床治疗中的效果显著优于酒石酸溴莫尼定,具有较好的安全性能。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of latanoprost and brimonidine in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma,provides the reference for the clinical treatment of open-angle glaucoma.Methods 100 open-angle glaucoma patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group,50 patients in each group. Observation group was treated with latanoprost,the control group were treated with brimonidine tartrate. The intraocular pressure,Log MAR visual acuity and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results After 3 months of treatment,the intraocular pressure of observation group and control group are（ 18. 2 ± 1. 2） mm Hg and（ 17. 5 ± 0. 9） mm Hg,decreased when compared with those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）; the observation group of intraocular pressure was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the difference of the Log MAR visual acuity in the observation group between before and after treatment is of statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）,while the difference in the control group is of no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4%,lower than 18%,the incidence in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of latanoprost in open-angle glaucoma has a significantly better efficacy than that of brimonidine,with a good safety performance.
