摘  要:在从考查"知识记忆"转向考查"能力发展"方面,高考内容改革已经取得长足的进展。在降低一次性笔试比重、实现多元评价方面,大学招生制度改革仍然任重道远。招生制度改革的出路是,以高中校内成绩作为高校招生录取的主要依据,以全国或全省统一考试成绩对高中在校成绩进行校准。The content reform of the College Entrance Examination has made tremendous progress, given that the examination has successfully shifted its focus from rote memorization to developmental ability. However, for the college enrollment reform to achieve complete success, in terms of significantly cutting down on the weight of the one-time written examination in college admissions and switching instead to multiple assessments, there is still a very long way to go. Adopting an admission approach based mainly on high school grades calibrated using national or provincial examination results, is what the reform inevitably calls for.
