摘  要:以快速增粘和提高携砂性能为核心,采用氧化还原体系引发丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)水溶液进行三元共聚,得到降阻剂AAD-1,用于滑溜水体系的速溶型快速增粘降阻剂。结果表明,AAD-1水溶性好,增粘速度快,清水中加入0.1%(质量分数)AAD-1,2 min内快速溶解增粘,粘度达到6.194 6 m Pa·s;携砂性能好,优于其他降阻剂溶液,具备低浓度高携砂性;AAD-1具有低黏高弹性;摩阻低,降阻率可达60%以上,可满足常规配液方式及连续混配工艺,有助于非常规低渗储层的开采。The rapid viscosity and improve sand carrying capability as the core,by oxidation reduction system caused by aqueous solution of acrylamide( AM),2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid( AMPS) and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride( DADMAC) of ternary copolymer,get resistance reducing agent AAD-1,application of slick water system of instant rapid increase adhesion and resistance reduction agent. The results show that the water AAD-1 solution and fast increase of the inviscid velocity and adding 0. 1%( mass fraction) AAD-1 to water,thickening within 2 min rapid dissolution,viscosity6. 194 6 m Pa·s; good sand carrying performance,better than table view viscosity is approximately equal to the other resistance reducing agent solution,viscoelastic properties measured test results show that,AAD-1 has low viscosity and high elasticity; low frictional resistance,resistance reduction rate of up to60% above,can meet the conventional fluid and continuous mixing process,help to unconventional low permeability reservoir of mining.
