完整结肠系膜切除在结肠癌手术治疗中的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨对采用手术治疗的结肠癌患者采用完整结肠系膜切除的疗效。方法:选取收治的120例结肠癌患者进行观察,将采用传统结肠癌根治术治疗的60例患者计为对照组,将采用完整结肠系膜切除治疗的60例患者计为观察组,观察两种患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为86.67%,淋巴结清扫27个,三年生存率达到78.33%,对照组疗总有效率为71.67%,淋巴结清扫16个,三年生存率达到63.33%;观察组术后平均出血量为(146.52±52.42)ml,三年内复发率为5.00%,并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组术后平均出血量为(316.73±68.57)ml,三年内复发率为18.33%,并发症发生率为20.00%,观察组治疗效果和恢复情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:完整结肠系膜切除对结肠癌患者的治疗效果明显,对淋巴结的清除率高,复发率低,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of complete mesocolon resection in colorectal cancer surgery. Method 120 patients with colon cancer treated in our hospital were observed. 60 patients who used the traditional colon cancer radical treat-ment were considered asthe control group,60 patients who used the complete mesocolon resection treatment were considered asthe observation group, then the therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86. 67% ,27 lymph node dissection,and three years of survival rate reached 78. 33% ;The total effective rate of the control group was 71. 67% ,16 lymph node dissection,three years of survival rate reached 63. 33% ;after operation,the average blood loss of the observation group was （146. 52 ± 52. 42 ） ml,the recurrence rate in three years was 5. 00%,the inci-dence of complications was 5. 00% ;the average blood loss of the control group was （316. 73 ±68. 57）ml,the recurrence rate in three years was 18. 33% ,the incidence of complications was 20. 00%. The treatment effect and recovery condition of the observa-tion group were better than of the control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect on pa-tients with colon cancer of the complete mesocolon resection is obvious,clearance rate of lymph nodes is high,the recurrence rate is low,and it is worth promoting.
