摘  要:高校网络思想政治教育话语权的掌握,取决于受众对网络思想政治教育话语的接受和认可。受众的基本内涵、心理特点和价值诉求是研究高校网络思想政治教育话语权的起点。高校网络思想政治教育话语在受众传播中出现的话语体系与受众文化不协调、角色定位与受众主体不平等、价值理念与受众诉求不匹配等问题是高校网络思想政治教育话语权研究的关键。因此,突出话语体系的生活性、时代性和创新性,彰显价值理念的科学性、人文性和发展性,营造学习氛围的轻松感、愉悦感和趣味性成为掌握高校网络思想政治教育话语权的有效对策。The mastery of the discourse power of the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities depends on the acceptance and recognition of the discourse of the ideological and political education by the audience. The basic connotation, psychological characteristics and value demands of the audience are the starting points to study the discourse power of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The inharmonious of the discourse system of university ideological and political education discourse in the audience communication and the audience culture, the inequality of role positio-ning and subject, the mismatching of the value idea and the audience appeal and other dilemmas are crucial to the research of the university network ideological and political education discourse right. Therefore, to highlight the life of the discourse system, times and innovation, to strengthen the value of scientific, humani-stic and development, and to create a relaxed atmosphere of learning, pleasure and fun are the effective measures to grasp the right to speak in the network ideological and political education.
