摘　　要：毛泽东是中国共产党的伟大缔造者,他不仅在实践上缔造了伟大的党,而且从理论上创新了党的概念,并使之成为党的建设的内在根据。在毛泽东建党思想与实践中,党既是主义结合的共体,又是制度建构的组织,两者在世界历史进程中实现具体的同一,充当实现共产主义理想的工具。Mao Zedong was a great founder of the CPC（ the Communist Party of China）. He not only created the great Communist Party of China in practice,and innovatived the conception of the proletarian party in theory. These conceptions were the internal basis of party construction. In Mao Zedong＇s Thought and Practice of party construction,On the one hand,the proletarian party is the community of the doctrine combination; On the other hand,it＇s the organization of the system construction. The community of the doctrine combination and the organization of the system construction realized the concrete aim in the world historical advancement,and served as the tool of fighting for the comunist ideal.
