摘　　要：包装印刷设备制造行业是典型的离散生产模式,多品种、小批量、客户定制化生产。目前行业内以中小规模企业居多,企业上层计划信息化程度有限,车间设备自动化程度低,数据采集困难。车间生产缺少必要的计算机辅助管理工具,车间生产效率较低,拖期交货时常发生,导致成本增加,为此本文应用改进遗传算法对车间生产进行优化。Packaging printing machinery manufacturing industry is typical discrete production mode and is characterized by multi-species, low-volume, customization. In this industry, most of the enterprises are small-and-medium scale with the limited floor shop automation, lacking the computer-aided global planning system, and hard to collect the data. In general, because of the low efficiency of the floor shop, tardy deliveries always occur and lead to cost increase. In this paper, the optimization algorithm is used to optimize the workshop production.
