摘　　要：文章应用ELISA法,对动物性食品猪肉、牛肉、猪肝、牛肝以及鱼肉中的四环素类抗生素残留进行了检测与分析,通过对实验结果的探讨总结,认为ELISA法在动物性食品四环素类残留的检测中具有良好的适用性,值得推广应用。The application of ELISA method for determination of tetracycline antibiotics in animal food,pork,beef liver,bovine liver and fish residues were detected and analyzed, through the discussion of the experimental results concluded that the ELISA method has good appKcability in the detection of tetracycline residues in animal food,it is worthy of popularization and application.
