论高职教师信息需求变化与图书馆服务创新

摘　　要：近年来,我国高职院校教师信息需求发生了明显的变化,具体表现在:文献类型的利用呈多元化趋势;数字化资源使用率高于实体资源;潜在性信息需求超过现实性信息需求;专业性和综合性的信息需求增加。面对新形势,高职图书馆应加大服务创新的力度,为广大教师提供更优质、更高效的信息服务。为此,应加强数字化资源建设,加强灰色文献信息资源的建设,积极开展信息导航服务,变潜在性信息需求为现实性信息需求。In recent years, significant changes have taken place in Higher Vocational College Teachers＇ information demand in China, including diversification of using literature;more use of digital resource than physical resources;potential information demand more than the realistic demand of information; increase of professional and comprehensive information demand.In the face of the new situation, the higher vocational college library should strengthen the service innovation,and provide a better and more efficient information service for the teachers. Therefore, it should strengthen the construction of digital resources, strengthen the construction of the gray literature information resources,and actively carry out information navigation services and transform the potential information needs to the reality of information needs.
