摘  要:首先,分析了齿面摩擦和一般接触面摩擦的区别,并结合一般接触面摩擦的测试方法分析了齿面摩擦测试的技术难点及技术要求。其次,系统地介绍了现有的齿面摩擦测试方法,包括电阻应变片法、等效转矩法、等效重力摆法和光弹性法,并对每1种测试方法的原理、优缺点以及适用范围进行了较为详细的论述;从测试精度、测试范围和测试过程复杂度的角度对比了上述几种齿面摩擦测试方法,并指出了各种测试方法中尚未解决的问题。最后,对齿面摩擦测试研究提出了一些展望。Research on testing methods of tooth surface friction is of great significance to analysis and modeling of tooth surface friction of the gear system. First, the differences between tooth surface friction and general contact surface friction are analyzed, and the technical difficulties and requirements of testing of tooth surface friction are discussed based on the testing methods of general contact surface friction Then, current testing methods of tooth surface friction, including resistance strain gauge meth-od, equivalent torque method, equivalent gravity pendulum method, and photoelasticity method, are introduced. The principles, advantages and disadvantages, and scope of application of these methods are described in detail. Next, the above four testing methods are compared from the viewpoints of testing accuracy, range, and complexity. In addition, the remained problems of each method are pointed out. Finally, several topics to be further studied are presented.
