摘　　要：肺多发磨玻璃结节(ground-glass nodules,GGNs)既可发生于炎症早期,也可见于小气道相关性疾病,如呼吸性细支气管炎(respiratory bronchiolitis,RB)、肺朗格汉斯细胞增生症(pulmonary langenhans cell histiocytosis,PLCH)、过敏性肺炎(hypersensitivity pneumonitis,HP)等;也可见于同期多原发性肺癌(synchronous multiple primary lung cancer,SMPLC)、结节病、粟粒性转移瘤及感染性疾病等。本文就非感染性肺多发GGNs的HRCT表现及病理学特征作一综述。Pulmonary multiple ground-glass nodules（GGNs）are seen common in HRCT images,which can be found in early inflammation and many small airway diseases such as respiratory bronchiolitis（RB）,pulmonary langenhans cell histiocytosis（PLCH）,hypersensitivity pneumonitis（HP）as well as synchronous multiple primary lung cancer（SMPLC）,sarcoidosis,nodule metastatic tumors,infection,etc.HRCT and pathology features of non-infectious disease manifested as pulmonary multiple GGNs were reviewed.
