摘　　要：我国在互联网快速发展的同时,网络违法犯罪现象也越来越多。网络并非法外之地,亟须不断强化网络执法,但目前网络执法存在执法权混乱、执法对象认定难、执法依据缺乏等诸多问题,导致网络执法面临困境。面对互联网时代的挑战,必须厘清网络自身发展规律,通过划清网络执法权、强化电子证据效力、建立专业网络执法队伍,加强网络立法,不断提高网络执法效能,才能遏制网络违法犯罪,进而维护网络空间秩序,最终促进互联网健康有序发展。With the rapid development of the Internet, the network crimes incidences have been on the rise. The network is not a lawless land.Therefore, it is much urgent to reinforce relevant laws and regulations to govern network crimes. However, there are lots of problems, such as lack of law enforcement basis, difficulties in determining the enforcement objects, chaos of enforcement rights. All these problems have put network law enforcement into trouble. Facing the challenges in the Internet age, it is necessary to figure out the rules of network development and strengthen the network legislation, enhance the effect of electronic evidences, defining the enforcement rights clearly and establish professional network law enforcement team to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the law enforcement on the Internet. Only in this way, could we really curb Internet illegal and criminal behaviors further maintain the order of cyberspace and ultimately promote the healthy and orderly development of the Internet.
