摘　　要：目的:检测睑板腺癌组织中nm23-H1及Tiam1的表达,探讨其与临床病理特征的关系,评价其临床意义。方法:睑板腺癌标本34例及癌旁正常组织34例,应用Western blot法及qRT-PCR检测nm23-H1和Tiam1蛋白及mRNA的表达,观察其蛋白水平表达与临床病理特征的相关性,观察其与睑板腺癌术后复发的关系。结果:nm23-H1蛋白及mRNA在睑板腺癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),Tiam1蛋白及mRNA在睑板腺癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。nm23-H1及Tiam1蛋白表达水平与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度有相关性(P<0.05),nm23-H1及Tiam1与睑板腺癌术后复发率具有相关性,在复发的睑板腺癌中nm23-H1及Tiam1表达高于未复发者(P<0.05)。结论:nm23-H1和Tiam1表达水平与睑板腺癌的临床病理特征具有相关性,nm23-H1和Tiam1高表达提示睑板腺癌患者不良预后。Objective： To detect the expression of nm23 - HI and Tiaml in meibomian adenocarcinoma and dis-cuss the relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and evaluate the clinical significant. Methods ： The data of thirty - four meibomian adenocarcinoma samples and paired adjacent non - cancer tissues were included. The ex-pression of nm23 - HI and Tiaml protein and RNA was detected by Western blot or qRT - PCR method and the rela-tionship with clinical pathological characteristics or post - operation recurrence were analyzed. Results ： nm23 - HI protein and mRNA expression were higher in meibomian adenocarcinoma tissue than in para - cancer tissue （P 〈0. 05）. Tiaml protein and mRNA expression were higher in meibomian adenocarcinoma tissue than in para - cancer tissue （P 〈0.05）. nm 23 - HI and Tiaml protein expression was correlated with tumor diameter,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation degree （P 〈0. 05） . nm23 - HI and Tiaml protein expression was correlated with post - operation recurrence, nm23 - HI and Tiaml expression in recurrent meibomian adenocarcinoma was higher than un - recurrent one （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： The expression of nm23 - HI and Tiaml were correlated with mei-bomian adenocarcinoma clinical pathological characteristics, high expression of nm23 - HI and Tiaml may indicate the mal - prognosis of meibomian adenocarcinoma.
