摘　　要：目的:研究肠癌患者中与铁代谢相关的铁调素(Hepcidin)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neogenin,NEO)的表达特点及其与临床特征、贫血的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测62例肠癌患者肿瘤组织中Hepcidin及NEO的表达情况,并分析它们之间的相互关系及其与临床特征、贫血的关系。结果:铁调素的表达与患者T分期有关(P<0.05),而与淋巴结转移、远处转移均无关。NEO的表达与患者T分期及淋巴结转移、远处转移均无关(P>0.05)。肠癌术前贫血组与无贫血组患者Hepcidin及NEO的表达均无区别。肿瘤组织中Hepcidin与NEO的表达具有一定的负相关性,但未达到统计学意义(r=-0.04,P>0.05)。结论:肿瘤组织中Hepcidin的表达与肠癌患者的T分期有关,与其他生物学因素无相关性,NEO与肠癌患者的临床特征无任何相关性;且Hepcidin与NEO的表达无明显相关性。Hepcidin一定程度上可以作为反映肠癌生物学行为的客观指标。肠癌患者术前贫血与肿瘤组织中Hepcidin及NEO的表达无关。Objective：To study the expression of Hepcidin and Neogenin（NEO） in intestinal cancer tissues,and its relationship with clinical features and anemia. Methods： The expression of Hepcid in and NEO was detected by im- munohistochemistry in 62 cases of intestinal cancer patients. Results ： The expression of Hepcid in was related to T stage,but not related to lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. The expression of NEO had no relationship with T stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. There was no significant difference in the expression of Hepci-din and NEO between anemia group and non - anemia group before surgery. Hepcidin expression in tumor tissues was negatively correlated with NEO expression to some extent, but it had no statistical significance （ r = - 0 . 0 4 ,P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of Hepcidin was correlated with T stage of the patients, and had no association with other biological factors,however,NEO had no correlation with any factors mentioned above. There was no correla-tion between Hepcidin expression and NEO expression. So , to some extent, Hepcidin could reflect the biological behaviors of intestinal cancer. The expression of Hepcidin and NEO was not correlated with the anemia in preoperative intestinal tumor patients.
