摘  要:目的:观察早期放射性肝损伤的彩色多普勒影像(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)和生化改变。方法:三维适形放疗20例腹部肿瘤患者和4例右下肺癌患者。观察患者放疗前、后生化和肝脏彩色多普勒影像改变。结果:18例患者显示肝脏照射区及邻近区域乃至整个肝脏肝内光点增粗,回声逐渐增强,见条正常肝脏与肝硬化肝脏放射性损伤彩色多普勒表现不同。患者疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷酰转有为酶(GGT)均较治疗前升高。结论:放射性肝损伤彩色多普勒表现与肝脏原发疾病相关,肝功能改变与影像改变一致。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early radiation - induced hepatic injury by color Doppler imaging (CDFI) and biochemical changes. Methods : Three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy were used in 20 cases of ab-dominal tumor and 4 cases of right lower lung cancer patients. Observe the biochemical changes and the changes ofcolor Doppler imaging of the live before and after radiotherapy. Results : All 18 patients showed the spot of liver irradi-ation region and its adjacent area and even whole liver liver thickens. Echo strengthens gradually and echo of strip or grid shape can be seen. Intrahepatic vascular wall thickens. 4 patients with fatty liver irradiation area showed more pronounced. In normal and cirrhotic livers with radioactive injury color Doppler had different performance. Patients af-ter treatment of ALT,AST,AKP and GGT were elevated. Conclusion: Color Doppler manifestations of radiation - in -duced liver injury is related to primary liver disease. Liver function and radiographic have consistent changes.
