摘　　要：建立优雅的肿瘤风险模型是肿瘤分子预防的重要内容。根据遗传和表观遗传、环境、年龄和其他肿瘤风险因素建立的肿瘤风险模型应能够准确预言肿瘤的发生。Constructing good cancer risk prediction model is an important strategy for molecular cancer prevention. A model using genetic and epigenetic, age, environment and the other features wi l l precisely and successfully predict cancer risk.
