摘　　要：LMTK3是最新发现的在乳腺癌中调控雌激素受体α(estrogen receptor-α,ERα)最有效的转录因子。LMTK3通过多种信号通路发挥生物学功能,不仅可以促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭及转移,而且与患者的临床分期、预后及耐药息息相关。虽然,目前对LMTK3的研究不多,但已展示出其在雌激素靶器官肿瘤的发生与治疗中的主要地位。本综述主要针对LMTK3在ERα阳性乳腺癌治疗中介导的效应以及机制的研究进行总结。LMTK3 was ident if ied as the best transcriptional factor of ERα in the breast cancer recently. Overexpres-sion of LMTK3 could promote the tumor cells proliferation, invasion and metastasis via various cross - talking signal pathways. Besides,the high expression levels of LMTK3 associated with clinical stage,prognosis and drug resistance.In spite we still know LMTK3 at the early stage. LMTK3 obviously played an important role in the estrogen - relative cancers. This review aimed at concluding the recent articles about LMTK3 to explicate its meaning and mechanism in ERα - positive breast cancer.
