摘　　要：作为一部科学社会主义的重要文献,《法兰西内战》的政治伦理思想十分丰富,它对我国社会转型背景下推进社会治理创新有重大启示意义。在社会治理过程中,我们在价值指向上应坚持人本与和谐,在制度指向上应坚持公正与民主,在人格指向上应坚持责任与担当。要践行这些伦理指向需坚持公共理性,积极学习实践社会主义核心价值观。The Civil War in France is an important document of scientific socialism, rich in political ethics. It gives profound enlightenment to the promotion of social governance innovation under the background of social transformation. In the process of social governance, we should adhere to the people--oriented and human harmony in the aspect of value orientation, the justice and democracy of social system, and the personality orientation of assuming responsibility, in practicing the above ethical orientations, we should uphold public reason and actively practice socialist core values.
