摘  要:目的探讨口部运动训练对脑卒中痉挛性构音障碍患者声学/电声门图参数的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将40例脑卒中痉挛性构音障碍患者分为对照组与实验组。对照组仅接受构音训练,实验组在其基础上增加20 min的口部运动训练,1次/d,共治疗20次。于治疗前及治疗结束后采用启音博士言语测量仪,喉功能检测仪采集患者的声学/电声门图参数[基频(F0)、基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、谐噪比(HNR)和声门接触率(CQ)]。结果实验组声学/电声门图参数Jitter、CQ和Shimmer均较对照组低(均<0.05)。结论口部运动训练是治疗痉挛性构音障碍的有效康复方法,可明显改善脑卒中构音障碍患者声学/电声门图参数。Objective To investigate the effect of oral exercise training on acoustics and electroencephalogram of stroke patients with spastic dysarthria. Methods Forty patients with spastic dysarthria were randomly divided into control gro-up and experimental group. The control group received the composition training only, and the experimental group added oral exercise training for 20 minutes, one time per day, 20 times. Before and after treatment, the acoustic and electrocar-diographic parameters (including F0, Jitter, Shimmer, HNR, and CQ) were collected from all patients by Apocalypic Speech Meter and the Laryngeal Function Detector. Results The jitter, CQ and Shimmer parameters of the experimen-tal group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Oral exercise training can significantly improve the acoustic and electroacoustic portal parameters of stroke patients with dysarthria, suggest-ing that it is an effective method for the treatment of spastic dysarthria.
