摘　　要：开放式创新是企业应对竞争环境变化而做出的主动性战略管理变革,知识资源的获取和创新是企业增强核心竞争力的必然选择。本研究在简要梳理国内外开放式创新社区网络平台和开放式创新知识共享相关文献的基础上,探析开放式创新社区网络平台下知识共享的三大特点,即主体多元化、模式多样化和过程网络化,进而在此基础上构建了以开放式创新社区网络平台知识存量、开放式创新社区网络平台下知识共享效果和开放式创新社区网络平台吸引力为主要变量的系统动力学因果关系图和反馈结构流图,推动知识在开放式创新网络中的共同创造和商业化应用,为我国搭建开放式创新社区网络平台提供一定借鉴。Open innovation is the initiative management strategic in response to the changes in the competitive environment.It is the inevitable choice for the company to have the access to knowledge resource and make an innovation in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper probe into the three characteristics,diversity of subject,model diversification and network process,of the knowledge sharing under the community network of open innovation on the basis of the combing domestic and foreign the community network of open innovation and the knowledge-sharing of open innovation.Then we build the system dynamic causality diagram and feedback structure flow chart which regard the knowledge of open innovation community network platform,the knowledge-sharing of open innovation community network platform and the attraction of open innovation community network platform as the main state variables so that we can promote the knowledge co-create and commercial application and build the foundation for the future research.
