曲安奈德局部注射治疗泪腺炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析曲安奈德局部注射治疗泪腺炎临床疗效。方法随机抽取75例泪腺炎患者,分为治疗组38例和对照组37例,分别采取曲安奈德局部注射和地塞米松治疗。结果治疗组总有效率89.5%与对照组总有效率89.2%相比,差异无统计学意义。治疗组不良反应发生率7.9%低于对照组不良反应发生率29.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德局部注射治疗泪腺炎临床效果显著,不良反应少。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the treatment of local injection of Cu Ann Ned dacryoadenitis. Methods Randomly selected 75 cases of lacrimal gland inflammation in patients, divided into treatment group （38 cases） and control group （37 cases）, respectively, to take the local injection of triamcinolone acetonide and dexamethasone treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.2% compared with the control group, the total effective rate was 89.5%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.9% lower than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 29.7% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local injection of Cu Ann Ned significant therapeutic effect for the treatment of lacrimal gland inflammation, less adverse reaction.
