摘　　要：目的调查贵州省中小学心理教师的心理健康状况,为维护心理教师心理健康提供参考。方法分层抽样,对贵州省220名中小学专兼职心理教师进行问卷调查,并将结果与全国常模进行比较。结果贵州省中小学心理教师的SCL-90的总分,因子分中人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑及精神病性的得分与全国常模相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。贵州省县城的心理教师SCL-90的得分低于城市、农村的心理教师的得分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小学心理教师的强迫得分高于初中、高中的心理教师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);兼职心理教师的躯体化、强迫、恐怖得分高于专职教师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贵州省中小学心理教师的心理健康水平不容乐观,为维护心理教师的心理健康可以从建立心理教师自助系统和学校、社会他助系统两方面着手。[Objective]To investigate the mental health status of the primary and middle school Psychology teachers in Guizhou Province, and provide reference for the maintenance of psychology teachers＇ mental health.[Methods]By using stratified sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 220 part-time and full-time teachers in primary and middle schools in Guizhou Province,and the results were compared with the national norm.[Results] The total score of SCL-90 of psychology teachers in primary and middle schools of Guizhou Province,the scores of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and psychosis were significantly different compared with the national norm（P0.05）. The score of SCL-90 of psychology teachers in the county was lower than that of urban and rural teachers,without significant difference（P 0.05）.The forcing scores of the primary school teachers was significantly higher than that of the middle and high school teachers（P 0.05）.The scores of physical,compulsive and terror of the part-time teachers were higher than those of the full-time teachers,with significant difference（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]The mental health level of the primary-middle school psychology teachers in Guizhou is not optimistic. The establishment of the self help system and the school and the society help system can help to maintain the mental health of psychology teachers.
