昆山市现制现售水卫生状况及水质影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解昆山市现制现售水卫生状况及水质影响因素,为政府相关部门决策提供科学依据。方法对昆山建城区内现制现售水经营单位进行问卷调查,对现制现售水机器出水水质进行检测,通过logistic回归分析来探讨现制现售水质量主要影响因素。结果共调查售水机94台,11台机器出水不符合CJ 94-2005《饮用净水水质标准》,合格率为88.31%。水质是否合格的影响因素为机器安装地点周围是否存在污染源、机器防护门是否完整、水质过滤材料的更换和是否开展水质自检。结论法律法规的缺位、经营单位自身管理不到位成为影响现制现售水卫生安全的重要因素。建议由企业主导,政府、行业支持,从关键影响因素着手,制定合理、科学、规范的卫生管理制度和操作规范。[Objective]To understand the sanitary status of fresh-purified drinking water and its influencing factors in Kunshan City,provide the scientific basis for government decision-making. [Methods]A questionnaire investigation was performed among fresh-purified drinking water enterprises in Kunshan urban area,and the quality of fresh-purified drinking water from the vending machines the was tested. The main influencing factors of fresh-purified water quality were explored by logistic regression analysis.[Results]94 vending machines were investigated,and 14 of them were not qualified for the Purified drinking water quality standard（CJ 94-2005）,with the qualified rate of 88.3%. The influencing factors of water quality were pollution sources around machine installation location,complete protective door of machine,water filtration material replacement and water quality selfcheck. [Conclusion]The absence of laws and regulations,and poor management of enterprises are the main influencing factors of the fresh-purified water quality. It is suggested that the cooperation of the enterprises,government and industry should be carried out to set up reasonable,scientific and normative health management system and operation specification based on the main influencing factors.
