摘  要:目的了解大学生对转基因食品的认知情况,为进行转基因食品知识教育提供依据。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷,对400名大学生进行转基因食品的知识态度行为调查。结果大学生转基因食品的知识得分为(3.11±1.430)分,通过相关分析得出得分与专业及母亲的教育背景有关,医学相关专业学生的得分高于非医学相关专业学生,母亲教育背景大专及以上者得分高于高中及以下者。了解转基因食品者占62.6%,有较多了解者占11.1%,完全不了解者占26.3%。从对转基因食品购买情况分析可知有14.1%的学生表示决不会购买,36.6%的学生对此无所谓,46.5%的学生会偶尔购买,2.8%医学生表示经常购买。结论大学生对转基因食品的认知度不高,需要加强相关知识教育,使大学生能够正确地认识转基因食品。[Objective]To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice toward genetically modified food(GMF)among college students,provide the basis for implementing GMF knowledge education. [Methods]The knowledge,attitude and practice toward GMF of 400 college students were investigated by the self-designed questionnaires. [Results]The average scores of GMF knowledge among college students were 3.11 ±1.430. The results of correlation analysis showed that the scores were associated with students' majors and the educational backgrounds of their mothers. The scores of the medical students were higher than those of non-medical students,and the scores of the students whose mother has the educational level of college degree or above were higher than those of students whose mother has the educational level of high school and below. The percentage of the students who knew a little about GMF was 62.6%,11.1% of the students knew more about GMF and 26.3% of the students knew nothing about GMF. 14.1% of the students would not buy GMF,36.6% of the students would not care about GMF,46.5% of the students bought GMF occasionally and only 2.8% of the students bought GMF frequently. [Conclusion]The condition of cognition about GMF of college students is not good. It is necessary to carry out GMF education among college students to improve their knowledge about GMF.
