摘 要:采用特殊设计的皮革鞣制机在铬鞣最佳技术条件下进行废铬液的直接循环利用,研究了废液循环次数对废铬液蛋白质含量、Cr_2O_3含量的影响,以及对成品革物理机械性能影响。结果表明:循环次数的增加不会对废液中Cr_2O_3的吸收与结合产生不利影响,废铬液的蛋白质含量对其鞣性没有明显的影响,坯革的收缩温度大于100℃,所得成品革的规定负荷伸长率和撕裂力呈现先增大后减小的趋势,抗张强度呈缓慢下降的趋势,其质量和性能符合行业标准。The direct recycling of waste chromium liquor was carried out under the optimum chrome tanning conditions by using the special designed leather tanning machine. The effect of the cycle times of waste chromium liquor on protein content and Cr2o3content, as well as physical and mechanical properties of the finished leather were studied. Results show that the increase of cycle times has no bad affect on the absorption and combination of Cr2O3 in waste chromium liquor. The protein content in waste chromium liquor has no significant effect on its tanning properties. The shrinkage temperature of crust leather is greater than 100%. The given load elongation and tearing force of the finished leather increase initially and then decrease, and the tensile strength decreases slowly. The quality and performances of the finished leather meet the industry standards.
