摘 要:目的探讨护士职业认同感与其工作绩效的相关性,分析影响护士工作绩效的因素。方法采用护士一般资料调查表、护士职业认同量表与护士工作绩效自评量表对哈尔滨市4所三级甲等教学附属医院的760名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士职业认同感总分为(106.87±17.47)分,工作绩效总均分为(2.97±0.44)分,均处于中等水平。护士职业认同及其各维度与其工作绩效呈正相关(P<0.01)。工作年限、职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社交技能、职业挫折应对是工作绩效的主要影响因素。结论护士职业认同感对其工作绩效有影响,护理管理者可从提升护士职业认同感的角度来提高其工作绩效。Objective To investigate the relationship between the nurse professional identity and job performance, analyze the factors affecting nurse job performance. Methods Used the nurse general data questionnaire, nurse professional identity scale and self - evaluation of the nurse job performance scale to investigate 760 nurses in four 3A - level affiliated teaching hospitals in Harbin. Results Overall professional identity score was ( 106.87 ± 17.47 ) ,job performance was (2.97 ± 0.44 ), which were in the medium level. Nurses professional identity and its various dimensions were positively correlated with work performance ( P 〈 0.01 ). Length of service, professional identity evaluation, professional social support, professional social skill, dealing with professional frustration were main influencing factors of job performance. Conclusion The nurse professional identity has impact on job performance. Nursing managers can enhance nurses professional identity to improve job performance.
