摘 要:目的 通过量性与质性相结合的方法对新入职护士应具备的共情能力及影响因素进行调查分析,为人文关怀教育提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样法,将某三甲综合医院2015年度新聘护士92名纳入研究,在岗前培训前应用中文版杰弗逊共情量表进行现状调查,并从中抽取8名护士进行个人深入访谈.结果 新护士共情能力总体属中等水平(3.41±0.07)分,观点采择(3.21±0.09)分更是薄弱点;影响新入职护士共情能力的因素包括性别、是否自愿选择护理专业、所读院校有无开设人文课程3个方面.结论 受多方面因素影响,新护士共情能力总体处于中等水平,提示护理院校、教学医院应有针对性地进行护士共情能力培养,其中男护士、缺乏职业兴趣者为重点培养对象.Objective In order to provide references for humanities education,the empathy ability of new nurses and the influencing factors were investigated by the method of the combinition quantitative and qualitative.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to 92 new hired nurses in a three-grade class-A general hospital in 2015.The Chinese version of Jefferson empathy scale was used to investigate the present situation before the pre-service training, and 8 nurses among them were given the individual in-depth interviews.Results The empathy ability of new nurses was at a medium level,which was (3.41±0.07)points, and view-picking was a weak point,which was (3.21±0.09) points.The factors affecting the empathy ability of new nurses included three aspects:the gender,willness to choose nursing voluntarily or not and the fact of graduated university with humanities courses or not.Conclusion The empathy ability of new nurses which was affected by various factors was at the medium level overall,showing that the nursing colleges and teaching hospitals should cultivate targeted empathy ability of the nursing students,among which,the male nurse and the ones lacking of professional interest were the key cultivating objects.
