角膜接触镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术对患者泪膜功能及创面上皮愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究角膜接触镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术对患者泪膜功能及创面上皮的影响。方法:选取2013年7月至2015年6月本院收治74例翼状胬肉切除术患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,37例每组。观察组术后加用角膜接触镜,对照组术后使用常规纱布包盖。比较两组患者在术后1 d、5 d、10 d创面上皮愈合情况,术前和术后10 d泪膜功能情况。结果:术后10 d,观察组的Schimer Ⅰ试验、泪膜破裂时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,观察组角膜上皮愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后5 d、10 d,观察组和对照组的角膜上皮愈合率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:角膜接触镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术能改善患者泪膜功能,促进患者创面上皮能在较短时间内恢复。Objective：To study the effect of corneal contact lens assisted pterygium excision on tear film function and wound epithelium.Methods：From July 2013 to June 2015,74 patients underwent excision of pterygium.According to admission order,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,37 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group was added corneal contact lens after operation,and the patients in the control group was covered with conventional gauze after operation.The condition of wound healing was observed at 1 d,5 d and 10 d after operation,and the tear film function before and after operation was compared.Results：On the 10th day after operation,the Schimer I test and tear film rupture time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the con-trol group （P〈0.05）.The healing rate of the corneal epithelium in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05） 1 d after the operation,5 d and 10 d after the operation,there was no significant difference in the corneal epithelium healing rate between the observation group and control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusions：Pterygium excision assisted by contact lens can improve endometfial function and promote the recovery of wound epithelium in a short time.
