CCLG-08方案治疗慢粒急变白血病诱导期感染并发症效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析CCLG-08方案治疗慢粒急变白血病以及控制诱导期感染并发症的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年10月-2015年10月于医院进行治疗的慢粒急变白血病患者96例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各48例,观察组患者则采取中国儿童白血病协作组(CCLG)08治疗方案,对照组患者采用CAMS-ALL-2002治疗方案,当治疗周期结束后,比较2组白血病患者的临床症状改善效果、并发症的发生比例以及可以确诊的感染分布例数。结果观察组患者的临床症状缓解状况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在诱导期发生感染的比例稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但确诊感染部位比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将CCLG-08治疗方案应用于慢粒急变白血病的常规治疗中,可以较好地改善患者的不良临床症状,减少感染并发症,对于帮助患者确定感染部位,延长生命均有重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese children leukemia group（CCLG） 08 regimen in the treatment of CML zag leukemia and the effect of control induction period of infection complications.Methods 96 cases of CML zag leukemia patients from October 2010 and October 2015,randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group of patients treated with CCLG-08 scheme,and the control group were treated by CAMS-ALL-2002 treatment.After treatment cycle,the leukemia clinical symptoms improved the effect,complications rate and the infection distribution of cases can be confirmed between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of the observation group was better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.At the end of the induction period,the incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.But the proportion of patients with confirmed infection was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The conventional treatment of CCLG-08 scheme is applied to CML zag leukemia,adverse clinical symptoms can improve patients,reduce the incidence of complications,to help determine the site of infection,prolong life have an important role.
