白细胞介素-1β基因多态性与新疆维吾尔族、汉族翼状胬肉的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在了解中国新疆地区维、汉族人群中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)-511位点基因多态性与翼状胬肉的关系。方法收集新疆地区翼状胬肉144例(维族68例、汉族76例),健康对照组145例(维族54例、汉族91例),利用聚合酶链反应和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)确定IL-1β-511C/T位点的基因型多态性。结果各组均检测到两种等位基因(C、T)和三种基因型(CC、CT和TT)。IL-1β-511C/T基因位点多态性检测结果:汉族中翼状胬肉组与健康对照组基因型的分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.036);维族IL-1β-511C/T基因型在翼状胬肉组和健康对照组间的差异无统计学意义(P=0.872);汉族、维族翼状胬肉的基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。结论 IL-1β-511C/T位点基因多态性可能与新疆地区汉族人群翼状胬肉的易感性存在一定的相关性,且该位点的多态性在维族、汉族翼状胬肉患者之间可能存在差异性。Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation between IL-1β gene polymorphisms in Xinjiang Uygur and Han patients with pterygium. Methods 144 patients including 68 cases of Uygur and 76 cases of Han Nationality with pterygium were collected and 145 cases of healthy people including 54 cases of Uygur and 91 cases of Han Nationahty were chosen as control group. , Polymerase chain reaction and restriction enzyme fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）technology were used to determine genotype polymorphism of IL-1β -511CfF. Results Allelomorph （T and C ） and three genotypes （CC, CT and TT） in all groups were detected out. There was statistically significant difference in frequencies of IL-1β-511C/T genotypes （P=-0.036）. In Uygur patients , the difference in the frequencies of genotypes had no significant difference between pterygium patients and control groups （P=-0,872）. Bu! the difference in the frequencies genotypes between Uy,~nlr pterygium group and Han pterygium group had statistic significance （P=0.018）. Conclusion Of 1L-1β-511C/T was associated with ptergium in Han nationality in Xinjiang , and the polymorphism had significant differences between two nationalities.
