Nd:YAG激光联合氟化物涂膜防龋的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氟化物涂膜联合Nd:YAG激光防龋的临床疗效。方法选取273名下颌第一磨牙已萌出且无龋的6~7岁儿童随机分为三组:分别给予氟化物涂膜,Nd:YAG激光照射及Nd:YAG激光照射联合氟化物涂膜防龋措施;追访观察三组6个月,12个月及24个月后的患龋情况,比较三组防龋方法的临床疗效。结果 2年后氟化物涂膜,Nd:YAG激光照射组及氟化物涂膜联合Nd:YAG激光照射组龋齿患病率分别为:4.39%,5.49%及1.65%。氟化物涂膜组和Nd:YAG激光组比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),氟化物涂膜组,Nd:YAG激光组分别与联合组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光照射联合氟化物涂膜能显著降低儿童窝沟龋发病率,是预防儿童龋齿的有效方法。Objective To discuss clinical effects of Nd:YAG laser and fluoride protector on the prevention of tooth caries. Methods 273 cases6-7 years old children were randomly selected which have the lower first molar were divided into three groups. The group were treated with fluoride protector,Nd:YAG laser and YAG laser combined with fluoride protecter. The condition of tooth caries in the 6th,12 th,24th months underwent follow-up surveys to observe the clinical effects of Nd:YAG laser and fluoride protector. Results After two years,the prevalence rate of the Nd group,the combination group and the YAG group were 4.39%,5.49% and 1.65%. There was no difference between YAG group and the Nd group(P>0.05). There was no difference among the YAG group,the Nd group and the combination group(P>0.05). Conclusion Both Nd:YAG laser and fluoride protector can effectively reduce tooth caries in children,it is a good way to prevent child tooth decay.
