摘 要:以9YFD-2.0型大方草捆压捆机为例,探索其喂入机构的运动规律。通过初步确定的喂入机构基本参数,获得了两个喂入拨叉的机构简图,建立了位置、速度方程,并采用Mat Lab进行编程求解,分别得到两个喂入拨叉端点的运动轨迹。将利用Solid Works软件建立的三维实体模型导入ADAMS软件中,分别对两个喂入拨叉进行运动仿真模拟和分析,得到了喂入拨叉端点的运动轨迹及速度曲线,揭示了喂入机构的运动规律。同时,通过分析,考虑在二者不发生干涉且结构不发生改变的前提下,适当提高大喂入拨叉装置的高度。完成优化后,大方草捆压捆机的喂入量在原来的基础上有所增加,从而提高了大方草捆压捆机的压捆密度和质量。Based on 9YFD-01 type large rectangular baler, for exploring the motion law of forage transfer mechanism, basic parameter of forage transfer mechanism were determined, the initial diagram of two feeding fork were obtained. The position equation of two feeding fork was established and the endpoint trajectory were given respectively by the MATLAB programming. Three-dimensional solid model of two feeding fork was built by Solidworks software. Then the motion sim- ulation and analysis was cared out by importing ADAMS virtual simulation software. The endpoint trajectory and velocity curve was resulted. It reveals the movement of the feed mechanism, and provides a reference for the design and research after. By analyzing, increasing the height of the feed fork appropriately under the premise of both does not interfere and change the structure. After that the amount of feed has increased on the basis of the original. Thereby improving the ba- ling density and quality of the large rectangular baler.
