摘  要:设计出一种轻巧、结构紧凑的油茶果脱壳装置,重点对传动部件进行设计。脱壳主轴最佳转速n=5 2 5 r/min,脱壳功率P=2.3 7 k W;传动比i=2.7,V带根数z=2;最小轴径d=2 0 mm,最大弯曲应力σ=1 2 MPa,小于许用应力。试验结果表明:机具传动结构设计合理,脱壳效率高,运行平稳,振动位移量小。该研究可为油茶果脱壳样机制造提供数据基础,也可作为其它坚果类物料传动系统设计参考。Putted forward the structure program of camellia sheller with light weight and compact conformation, and then focused on the design of transmission parts. Computational result was that the optimal rotation rate of spindle was n = 525r/min, shelling power was 2.37kW,transmission ratio was i = 2.7, number of belt was z = 2, the minimum diameter of spindle was d = 20mm, the maximum surface stress in bend was σ = 12MPa, which was far less than the material allow- able stress. Experiments showed that the design of transmission system was reasonable, because of high shelling rate, sta- ble in operation and small vibration displacement. This study could provide basic data for manufacturing prototype, and also serve as reference when analyzing transmission system for other nuts.
