摘  要:为了解决前胡药田人工除草效率低、化学除草农药残留等问题,设计了一款小型自走式前胡除草机。为此,阐述了机具的结构、工作原理、性能参数、动力传动方案及关键部件的设计,并对除草轮的运动、性能进行理论和模态分析。田间试验结果表明:用于前胡行间杂草的除净率为98.5%,伤苗率低于3.5%,除草效率约为人工的5倍,其它各项技术性能符合设计要求。该机可满足前胡中耕除草的农艺要求,为宁国地区前胡的中耕除草提供了技术支持。In order to solve before the medicine field of the Peucedanum manual weeding,low efficiency, chemical wee- ding pesticide residues and others issues by designing a small self walking type Peucedanum weeder. This paper describes the structure, working principle, performance parameters, power transmission scheme, the design of key components, and theoretical analysis and modal analysis of the movement and performance of the weeding wheel. The results of the field ex- periment showed that the removal rate was 98.5% and the weed control efficiency was about 5 times of the artificial, and the seedling rate was less than 3.5% and the other technical performances were in accordance with the design require- ments. The machine can meet the requirements of peucedanum agronomic weeding, which provides technical support for the Ningguo area Peueedanum weeding.
