摘 要:为探究拖拉机减振座椅的设计,测试了约翰迪尔1204型拖拉机分别在油菜茬地、莜麦茬地附带播种机械行进和播种作业,以及田间草地、田间土路和翻耕地行进时机体的振动情况,得到在各种作业条件下拖拉机座椅下方机体的垂直振动峰值频率主要集中在2.6~4.1Hz范围内的结论。在此基础上,设计了一种结构简单的减振座椅模型,通过MatLab软件对该座椅的力学模型进行仿真,选择适合该型拖拉机减振要求的减振座椅参数—弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼,结果表明:该座椅模型可以有效隔绝机体传递到座椅的振动,且能够满足不同体重驾驶员的减振适应性。In order to design the damping seat of tractor, an experiment is developed to test the vibration of the John Deere type-1204 tractor in rape stubble farmland, naked oats stubble farmland, field road, field grassland and cultivated land.The result of test shows the vertical vibration peak frequency of tractor body is mainly concentrated in the range of 2.6-4.1Hz.A simple damping seat model is designed on the basis of test.The mechanical model of the seat is simulated by MATLAB software, and the parameters of the damping seat are selected, which are spring stiffness and damping coefficient of damper.The result of simulation shows the seat model can effectively isolate the vibration of tractor body to seat, and meet the vibration reduction requirements for drivers of different weight.
