摘　　要：目的:分析NPC增强扫描的技术要点和癌肿显示情况,为实现精确扫描、精确诊断提供帮助。方法:平扫加增强扫描,扫描范围从上颌骨齿槽突或舌骨向上扫到蝶鞍前床突水平;造影剂用量80ml;使用压力注射器,注射速度3ml/s;增强扫描开始时间为注射开始后65s;观察癌肿显示情况。结果:平扫仅能观察到密度增高影像,癌肿与周围组织结构之间的关系不清晰,有29例癌肿呈现中等及以上程度强化,约占96.7%,强化比例高,癌肿内部结构以及与周围组织之间的结构能够清晰或较为清晰的显示。结论:NPC平扫加增强扫描,能够确保诊断所需影像资料的完整和图像的清晰,特别是对放疗的精确定位能够提供重要帮助,应该列入常规检查。Purpose： In order to provide help for the realization of accurate scanning and diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（ NPC）, we analysis the technica of enhanced CT scanning on NPC and the cancer show situation. Materials and Methods： We used Scan and enhanced scan and the scan range from maxillary alveolar process or hyoid swept up to the level Of the sella turcica. Using pressure syringe injection with the speed of 3 ml/s, 80 ml dosage of contrast agent, during the enhanced scanning. After 65s of the injection, we start enhanced scanning, and observe the tumor display. Results： Using Scan only, it can observe the increased density of images, but the relationship between the tumor and the surrounding tissue is not clear. After the enhanced scanning, there were 29 cases with moderate to moderate degree of enhancement, accounting for 96. 7%. the internal structure of the tumor and the relationship between them can be clear. Conclusion： Using scan and enhanced scan on NPC scanning, it can ensure the integrity of the required image data and image clarity, especially help to the precise positioning of radiotherapy, so it should be the routine
