多排螺旋CT多期增强扫描对胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤影像分析及诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT多期增强扫描对胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤的影像表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤的CT资料。结果:3例位于胰头,3例位于胰体尾部,均为单发,圆形或卵圆形,大小在2.2cm-6.9cm之间,边界清楚,6例肿瘤均呈囊实性表现,增强检查,动脉期肿瘤实性成分轻度不均匀强化,门脉期及延迟期呈进行性不均匀充填,但强化程度仍低于邻近正常强化的胰腺组织。结论:多排螺旋CT的多期增强扫描能反映出胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤影像特点,对其诊断及鉴别有着重要的意义。Objectiveto investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of multi slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas. Methods the CT data of 6 eases of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas were retrospectively analyzed. Results 3 cases were located in the pancreatic head, 3 cases located in the body and tail of the pancreas, were single, round or oval in shape, size between the 2. 2cm-6. 9cm, boundary dear, 6 cases of tumor were showed cystic and solid performance, enhanced scan, arterial phase solid component mild homogeneous enhancement, portal venous phase and delayed phase were of uneven filling, but the degree of enhancement is still lower than the adjacent normal aggran- dizement of pancreatic tissue. Conclusion multi phase enhanced scanning with multi slice spiral CT can reflect the imaging characteristics of the solid tumor of the pancreas, which is of great significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
