摘　　要：学科建设是医院持续发展的根本。随着检验项目的增多、科室规模的扩大、检验人员学历水平的不断提升、检测技术和检测设备的不断更新,检验医学专业迅猛发展,使之成为备受关注的学科建设方向。检验医学的学科建设内容大致可归纳为人才梯队建设、学科环境建设及创新发展三方面。学科建设也不是一蹴而就的,首先我们分析现状,进行学科定位,然后应用先进的管理方法,借鉴先进的管理体系并结合自身科室特点建立科学的管理体系,探索有自身特色的检验医学学科建设之路。Discipline construction is the foundation of sustainable development of a hospital. Clinical laboratory is developing rapidly with the increase of the test items, department scales, highly educated staffs, and new technologies and equipments. Laboratory medicine has become to be a concerned focus in hospital discipline construction. The content of discipline construction can be summarized into three aspects： the construction of talent echelon, the construction of discipline environment and innovation/development. The discipline construction of laboratory medicine is not accomplished immediately. We firstly analyze the current situation, make a correct discipline orientation, and then apply the advanced management methods and establish a scientific management system which was combined with other advanced management systems and its own characteristics of the department, to explore a distinctive road for the discipline construction of laboratory medicine.
