探讨早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检结果的相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的:就早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检结果的相关影响因素进行分析与探讨。方法:选择2014年2月~2016年1月在某院接受前哨淋巴结活检术的110例早期乳腺癌患者,分析早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检结果的相关影响因素。结果:单因素筛选结果显示前哨淋巴结活检结果与病灶大小、Her-2、术前影像学腋窝评价、分子分型存在相关性(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示病灶大小、分子分型是影响前哨淋巴结活检结果的独立因素,统计学检验均P<0.05。结论:在早期乳腺癌的临床中诊疗中,可依据病灶大小、分子分型等因素对前哨淋巴结活检结果进行预测,其中病灶较大患者、Luminal B型患者、Her-2阳性型以及三阴性乳腺癌患者的活检阳性率较高。Objective：To analyze and discuss the related influencing factors of sentinel lymph node biopsy in early breast cancer.Methods： 110 patients with early breast cancer who underwent sentinel lymph node bi- opsy from February 2014 to January 2016 were analyzed.The influencing factors of sentinel lymph node biop- sy in early breast cancer were analyzed.Results：The results of single factor screening showed that the sentinel lymph node biopsy was correlated with lesion size, Her-2,preoperative imaging armpit evaluation and molec- ular typing,all P^0.05.Multivariate analysis showed lesion size,the independent factors that affect the out- come of sentinel lymph node biopsy were statistically significant （P ~O.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical diagno- sis and treatment of early breast cancer,the results of sentinel lymph node biopsy can be predicted according to the factors such as lesion size and molecular typing.Among the patients with large lesion,Luminal B type, Her-2 positive type and triple negative mammary gland,the positive rate of biopsy in cancer patients is high.
