摘　　要：分析了飞行技术专业中"双资质"教师队伍建设的必要性,根据行业特点和专业需求,构建了飞行技术专业"双资质"教师队伍知识能力结构标准。提出了相应的培养对策及评价、建设和管理方法。最后,根据民航行业需求,论证了"双资质"德育教师队伍的建设和管理问题。The necessity of ＂double aptitude＂ teachers construction is analyzed in running of flight technology. According to trade characteristics and professional requirements,the standards of knowledge,ability and structure of ＂double aptitude＂ teachers team is built,and the corresponding training strategy and methods of evaluation,construction and management is proposed.At last,based on civil aviation industry needs,the paper demonstrates the problems of construction and management of＂double aptitude＂ moral teachers team.
