摘　　要：针对当前我国基本教育体制还并不十分完善,研究生质量保障体系仍处在一个积极研究和探索当中的现状,分析了专业学位研究生质量保障体系建设的必要性及质量保障过程中中遇到的困难,提出了就师资队伍、生源质量、教育手段、毕业论文四个方面具有实施意义的建议,以期完善和改革专业学位研究生质量保障体系内部保障机制和外部保障机制,实现高质量的研究生输出。According to China＇s basic education system is not perfect now,quality assurance system for postgraduates is still in an active status in research and exploration,This paper analyzes the construction of quality assurance system for postgraduates the necessity and the difficulties encountered in the process of quality assurance,also presented four interesting implemented proposals on quality of faculty,students,and education tools,graduation thesis, In order to perfect and reform the professional degree graduate quality assurance system,the internal mechanism and the external guarantee mechanism to achieve high quality graduate output.
