构建研究生资助工作内涵化模式的实践探索——以浙江大学农学院为例

摘　　要：家庭经济困难生的全面发展直接影响着高等教育的培养质量,传统单一的研究生资助模式已经难以满足当前高等教育深化改革和研究生群体发展多样化的需求。浙江大学农学院在研究生资助工作中,建立科学规范的经济困难生认定机制和动态管理的经济困难生信息库,并以此为基础构建研究生资助工作内涵化新模式,发挥高校资助工作的育人功能和激励导向效应。The family economic difficuldes students all-round development directly affects the quality of higher education,the traditional mode of research fimding has been difficult to meet the current needs of the development of higher education reform and diverse graduate groups.In the Agricultural College of Zhejiang University graduate students funded work,establish scientific and standardized students＇ mechanism and dynamic economic difficulties the economic difficulties of the students management information database,and based on the construction work of the new connotation of graduate funding mode,play college funding educational function and incentive oriented effect.
