摘　　要：本文从社会需求出发,抓住高职专业就业质量和生源效应这两个"进出口"的预警监测重要指标,通过调查研究分析预警指标设定因素及专业设置的主要原则。最后结合实际数据案例,分析高职专业招生、就业主要指标的契合度,为形成院校内部专业设置的自适应机制奠定基础。The setting factors of the early-warning index and the main principle of the major settings be researched and analyzed by means of the two major ＂import and export＂ monitoring index which are the quality of emploment and the effects of student Entrance Register in vocational colleges on the basis of social demand.Combined with practical data cases,the paper analyzed the fit of the main indicators between enrollment and employment and the polytechnic subject,and to lay a foundation of the adaptive mechanism in formatting the major setting inside the institutions.
