摘　　要：研究生学术环境主要是指以研究生为主体,以研究生学术活动为出发点,对研究生及其学术活动产生影响的多因素的总和。良好的学术环境有利于硕士生创新意识与能力的培养、科学道德素养的养成、学术发现与提出问题能力的形成、学术调研与文献收集整理能力的提升、实现科学研究方法的发展与创新。学术环境是一把双刃剑,恶劣的学术环境则对硕士学术能力的提升产生反向制约,不利于其学术能力的发展。更新研究生教育与管理理念,树立学术环境优化观;加强投入与优化资源管理,改善研究生学术研究硬件环境;重视学术规范教育,构建科学化的研究生学术机制是地方省属高校硕士生学术能力提升的基本路径。The academic environment of postgraduates mainly refers to the sum of the factors of graduate students as the main body and the postgraduate academic activities as the starting point, and the influence of graduate students and their academic activities. Good academic environment is conducive to the cultivation of innovation consciousness and ability of postgraduates, the development of scientific moral qualities, the formation of academic discoveries and problem-solving abilities, the promotion of academic research and literature collection and finishing, and the development and innovation of scientific research methods. The academic environment is a double-edged sword, and the harsh academic environment is not conducive to the development of academic ability of postgraduates. To improve the postgraduate education and management concept, to establish the academic environment to optimize the concept; to strengthen investment and optimize the management of resources to improve the academic environment of graduate students research; emphasis on academic norms of education, to build a scientific graduate student academic mechanism are the local provincial university master＇s academic ability to enhance basic path.
