摘 要:目的:了解在校本科护生心理健康的现状,为制定有效心理干预措施,提高护生心理健康水平提供参考依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷、简版心理健康连续体量表(MHC-SF)对272名本科护生进行基本信息、心理健康状况的现状调查(MHC-SF将心理健康分成颓废萎靡、中等程度、振作向上3种状态)。结果:1本科护生3个分量表得分由高到低分别是:心理幸福感、情感幸福感、社会幸福感;2不同文理分科(t=2.538,P<0.05)、不同年级(F=7.098,P<0.01)本科护生心理健康得分存在显著差异;3与大多数同学之间的关系、是否存在对未来就业的担忧、对目前所学习专业的态度、父母的期望、辅导员在关爱学生方面的表现、学业水平是影响护生心理健康的主要因素。结论:本科护生心理健康状况总体良好,且受多种因素影响,因此,护理院校应制定有效地干预措施,以提高护生的心理健康水平,促进其身心健康。Objective:To investigate the current situation of undergraduate nursing students'mental health,and provide reference for coming up with effective intervention strategies and improving nursing students'mental health. Methods:Using the general information questionnaire and the Mental Health Continuum Short Form(adult version) (MHC—SF)to investigate 272 undergraduate nursing students'the basic information and mental health(MHC—SF,reflecting positive mental health states:Languishing,moderately mentally healthy and flourishing).Results:1Undergraduate nursing students'three subscales scores from high to low were:Psychological well—being,emotional well—being and social well—being.2Different division of Arts and Sciences(t=2.538,P〈0.05)and different grades (F=7.098,P〈0.01)of undergraduate nursing students had significantly different mental health scores.③The rela-tionship between the majority of the students,worrying about the future employment concerns,the current learning professional attitude,expectation of parents,counselors in the aspects of care for students,academic level were the main factors affecting the mental health of nursing students.Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students'mental health is in good condition and affected by many factors,so the nursing colleges should make effective interventions to improve the mental health of nursing students and promote their physical and mental health.
