摘 要:全人教育的目的在于培养"完整的人",是对教育目的机械化、功利化的"革命"。以全人教育理念建构运动员文化教育体系,对于提升运动员综合素质、深层次开发运动员人才资源、促进竞技体育可持续发展具有重要意义。文章采用文献研究、比较分析、逻辑推理等方法,以全人教育理念和模式的维度,重新审视当前我国运动员文化教育体系存在的问题和症结,并对建立完善运动员文化教育体系提出思考和建议。研究发现,我国现行运动员文化教育体系还存在着管理体制与监督机制不够完善、办学方向和培养目标不够明确、基础教育与后续教育缺乏有效衔接、文化教育保障体系不够健全等问题。建议从确立"全人"价值向度和培养目标、建构"体教融合"的监管体制、增强运动员文化教育的有效性和持续性、健全文化教育保障体系等四个方面重构基于全人教育理念的运动员文化教育体系。The purpose of whole-person education is to cultivate the"whole person". It revolutionized the traditional me- chanical and utilitarian type of educational purpose. The construction of athletes' education system under the guidance of the whole-person concept is of great significance to the all-round development of athletes, the development of talent re- sources, and the sustainable development of competitive sports. This paper aims to reexamine problems in athletes' educa- tion system and their cruxes from the perspective of whole-person education, and to put forward suggestions on how to per- fect athletes' education system. The paper finds that problems existing in the current athletes' education system mainly in- clude : a problematic management system and supervision mechanism, ill-defined objectives in running a school and training athletes, a lack of effective transition between basic education and follow-up education, a flawed education guarantee sys- tem, etc. The author finally suggests that four aspects should be reckoned with in reconstructing the athletes' education sys- tem, i. e. , establishing whole-person value orientation and training objectives, creating a "Four Integrations" regulatory sys- tem, enhancing educational effectiveness and sustainability, and improving the education guarantee system.
