“一带一路”战略引领下高校服务地方经济社会发展的几点思考

摘　　要：社会服务是新时代高校重要职能,融入地方经济社会发展是高校应对高等教育发展新形势,保持持续发展的必然选择。本文结合"一带一路"所倡导的开放合作理念,针对当前高校服务地方经济社会发展中存在的服务意识不强、服务能力不足、服务机制不健全等问题,从转变观念、增强实力、完善机制、灵活方式等角度提出了几点建议,具有较强的实操性。Social service is an important function of universities in the new era. Integrating with the local economic and social develop ment is a new situation for universities to cope with the development of higher education, while it is the inevitable choice for universi ties to maintain sustainable development. To deal with such problems as low service consciousness and abilities and unsound service mechanism, integrated with the open cooperation concept of ＂the belt and road initiative＂, this article proposes several suggestions with strong practicability in terms of changing ideology, enhancing the strength, perfecting the mechanism and altering the way.
