摘　　要：结合区域交通网络的特殊性对问题进行合理简化得到线性互补模型,用以描述平衡状态下的交通流量,利用模型的线性性质设计快速求解方法,可以解决一类特殊的实际问题.By reasonable simple assumptions from the specific characteristics of the regional transportation network, linear complementarity model is obtained to describe the traffic flow in equilibrium. Fast algorithm is established by the linear property of the model, to solve some special practical problems.
