基于学科竞赛视角的应用型物流人才培养模式改革及实践

摘　　要：本科院校是培养应用型物流人才的重要基地,提高人才培养质量对于学生、高校、企业都具有积极意义。借鉴中介效应分析理论,分析学科竞赛在应用型物流人才培养中的作用,探索基于学科竞赛视角下应用型物流人才培养模式,并以福州大学至诚学院物流管理专业人才培养为例,确定物流应用型人才培养总体目标、人才培养要求,构建课程体系、学科竞赛体系,分析毕业生培养质量,结果表明该模式取得较好的人才培养效果。In this paper, drawing from the mesomerie effect theory, we analyzed the role of disciplinary competition in the cultivation of applied logistics talents, then explored the applied logistics talent cultivation mode based on disciplinary competition and at the end, in the case of the logistics management specialty of Fuzhou University Zhicheng College, ascertained the general objective and requirement for the cultivation of applied logistics talents before establishing the corresponding curricular system anddisciplinary competition system.
