摘  要:目的探讨内科学双语授课存在问题,提高双语授课教学质量。方法统计双语授课在内科学中的课时比例,对双语授课和国语授课教师进行满意度比较,同时通过问卷调查学生对双语授课的质量评价。结果双语授课课时占总课时60.23%,学生对国语授课整体满意度高于双语授课教师(P<0.05),76.32%学生认为双语授课比例合适。结论双语授课是目前临床教学的一种趋势,但目前双语授课模式在我国推行尚不成熟,需进一步解决一系列问题从而更好的发挥双语教学优势。Objective To explore the shortcomings of bilingual teaching and improve the teaching quality of bilingual teaching. Methods Analyzing the class hour proportion of bilingual teaching in Internal medicine, and comparing the satisfaction of bilingual teaching and Chinese teaching,at the same time, evaluating the teaching quality with questionnaires. Results Bilingual teaching class hour accounts for 60.23% of total teaching hours, and students are more satisfied with teachers in Chinese (P〈0.05), and 76.32% students consider that bilingual teaching in proper proportion. Conclusion Bilingual teaching is a trend of the current clinical teaching, but the practice of bilingual teaching model has not matured in our country and it needs to solve a series of problems to take the full advantages of bilingual teaching.
